The first look of the much-awaited Mirzapur film has officially been released by Excel Entertainment, confirming that the popular crime drama franchise is finally heading to cinemas this September.
The film, based on the Amazon Prime-backed series, is set to release on September 4. The official glimpse has brought together several original stars from the Mirzapur universe.
The first look features Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu, Shweta Tiwari, Abhishek Banerjee, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Sheeba Chaddha, Harshita Gaur, Rajesh Tailang and Rasika Dugal.

Their return has excited fans who have followed the story of Kaleen Bhaiyaa, Guddu Pandit and Munna Bhaiyaa across the series.
Jitendra Kumar, Ravi Kishan surprise fans
The biggest surprise in the first look came with the entry of Panchayat fame Jitendra Kumar and veteran actor Ravi Kishan. Their appearance left audiences stunned, with social media users celebrating their addition to the world of Mirzapur.
Fans have flooded the comment sections with reactions, saying they are thrilled to see Ravi Kishan and Jitendra Kumar become part of the film.
The internet has been buzzing since the first glimpse dropped. Many fans praised Ravi Kishan’s casting, saying the actor is like a “potato” who fits perfectly into every film.
