The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has formed a parliamentary board for the forthcoming elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
According to details that emerged on Thursday, the board has been constituted under the leadership of PML-N President Nawaz Sharif. The 23-member board includes Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and several federal ministers. It also comprises the President of PML-N Azad Kashmir, Shah Ghulam Qadir, and former Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider.
Shah Ghulam Qadir said the parliamentary board will issue party tickets to suitable candidates for the upcoming elections.
He expressed confidence that the PML-N will secure victory in the forthcoming polls in Azad Kashmir.
