Preparations for the peace agreement ceremony between the United States and Iran have entered their final phase.
A Pakistani initial delegation has arrived in Switzerland under arrangements hosted by Pakistan for the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two countries.
The delegation is led by Foreign Secretary Amina Baloch and has reached Switzerland to review arrangements for the signing ceremony.
Officials stated that the team will inspect the organisation of the event and other related matters ahead of the proceedings.
The Chief of Protocol and other senior officials are already present at the Bürgenstock Resort, where preparations are being finalised.
Sources indicate that a high-level Pakistani delegation, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is scheduled to depart for Switzerland on Thursday morning.
The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran will take place at the Bürgenstock Resort under Pakistan’s hosting.
