The Meteorological Department has forecasted severe cold weather across most parts of the country.
According to the department, Islamabad and its surrounding areas are expected to experience cold and dry conditions. Most districts of Punjab will witness cold and dry weather, with smog likely in several cities. The majority of districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are also expected to remain cold and dry.
Meanwhile, the hilly areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to experience severe cold. Most districts of Sindh are expected to remain cold and dry, while northern districts of Balochistan are predicted to face extremely cold conditions.
Additionally, fog is expected at some locations in Peshawar, Swabi, Mardan, Dera Ismail Khan, and surrounding areas.
