The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new appointment system aimed at eliminating the hassle of long queues and waiting times at its offices.
Citizens can now schedule their visits in advance through the Pak ID mobile app, ensuring a smoother and more convenient process.
No more queues at NADRA offices
With this new facility, applicants no longer need to wait in long lines. By booking an appointment, citizens can select the date and time of their choice and directly visit the relevant NADRA centre.
Officials said this service will help reduce overcrowding at NADRA offices and improve efficiency in handling requests.
How to book an appointment
Appointments can be booked easily through the Pak ID mobile application, available for download on smartphones. Once scheduled, applicants can simply visit their chosen NADRA office at the appointed time without waiting in line.
The system is designed to provide maximum flexibility, allowing applicants to adjust the appointment to their own convenience.
Step towards better public service
NADRA’s appointment system marks an important step in digital governance and citizen facilitation. By reducing waiting times and queues, the authority aims to provide faster, more transparent, and citizen-friendly services across Pakistan.
