Four terrorists linked to an Indian-sponsored network were killed by Pakistani security forces during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan yesterday.
The operation was launched following confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of militants affiliated with the group Fitna al Hindustan, identified as an Indian proxy organisation.
Security personnel engaged the identified location, and following a heavy exchange of fire, all four terrorists were eliminated. Weapons, ammunition and explosives were recovered from the site.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the slain militants were involved in multiple terrorist activities aimed at destabilising peace in the region.
A sanitisation operation is ongoing to ensure the area is cleared of any remaining threats. The armed forces remain resolute in eradicating Indian-sponsored terrorism and committed to ensuring justice for those involved in subversive acts.
