Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has removed the name of the PTI President, former Punjab Assembly speaker, and former chief minister of Punjab Parvez Elahi from the Passport Control List (PCL).
The Lahore High Court (LHC) disposed of the application in the light of the FIA report. Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza heard the petitions.
Pervez Elahi had applied to remove his name from the ECL list.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader has remained in jail over various cases and recently he came out of jail.
