A full court session of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) was held on the matter of letter of six judges of IHC and it has been decided to give a ‘unanimous response’ to any interference in the future, SAMAA TV reported quoting sources.
According to sources, it was decided in the full court meeting that the Islamabad High Court will send the agreed proposals to the Supreme Court and there was no disagreement on the proposals came out in the meeting.
A draft of the proposals will be prepared and submitted to the Supreme Court before the scheduled date.
The CJP office had asked all the judges for suggestions till today along with the two session judges of Islamabad.
