The hearing of the Dr Aafia Siddiqui case in the Federal Constitutional Court is scheduled for 16 June.
On the same day, the appeal against the decision relating to contempt proceedings against the prime minister and the federal cabinet is also fixed for hearing.
Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will head a two-member bench which is set to hear the case. The federal government has challenged the Islamabad High Court ruling, which had ordered contempt proceedings against the Prime Minister and the cabinet over alleged non-compliance.
