Former Pakistan cricket team captain Younis Khan has expressed his willingness to work with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), saying he is ready to serve the country in any role if assigned responsibility. His remarks came during a visit to Baldia Town Stadium in Karachi.
During his visit, Younis Khan highlighted his commitment to Pakistan cricket and said he would not hesitate to take up any role offered by the PCB.
He stressed that serving the national team in any capacity would be an honor and responsibility he is ready to fulfill.
'Ready to serve in any role'
Younis Khan stated that if he is given a chance, he will try his best to deliver strong results for the team.
“If given the opportunity, I am ready to serve Pakistan in any capacity,” he said, adding that he would work seriously if entrusted with team responsibilities.
The former captain also emphasized the importance of involving retired players and experienced professionals in Pakistan cricket’s support structure.
He said the national team needs the guidance of seasoned cricketers and strong supporting staff to improve overall performance.
