A speeding truck collided with a school bus near the Faisalabad Road Bypass on Tuesday, causing the bus to veer off the road and fall into Sem Nullah. The accident left 21 schoolchildren injured, according to rescue officials.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the site immediately and launched a prompt operation. Six children received first aid on the spot, while 15 others were shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Sheikhupura for further medical treatment.
Hospital sources confirmed that all injured children are now out of danger. Medical staff at DHQ Hospital provided the necessary care, while rescue officials ensured that the damaged bus and area were cleared to prevent further accidents.
