The harassment case was registered with the NCCIA after actress Momina Iqbal filed a complaint. The FIR states that Saqib Chadhar, Samira Khan and their associates were involved in cyber harassment and blackmail.

FIR mentions alleged marriage dispute
According to the FIR, Momina Iqbal refused to marry Saqib Chadhar after learning about his first marriage. The FIR claims that after her refusal, Saqib Chadhar allegedly began blackmailing her by sending private videos.
It also states that in 2023, Saqib Chadhar ended the actress’s relationship by making false allegations.
According to the FIR, blackmailing videos allegedly sent by Chadhar were found on Momina Iqbal’s mobile phone. The FIR further states that the MPA deleted all data and apps before submitting his mobile phone to the NCCIA.
According to the FIR, the NCCIA found Chadhar and his wife guilty during the pre-trial inquiry.
Court grants interim bail to MPA
Additional Sessions Judge Irfan Ahmed heard Saqib Chadhar’s bail application in the Lahore sessions court. The MPA appeared before the court along with his lawyer.
During the hearing, the lawyer argued that the NCCIA had registered a baseless case and said Saqib Chadhar was ready to join the investigation. The lawyer requested the court to grant interim bail.
The court accepted the request and granted Chadhar interim bail until June 24. The court also sought the record of the case.
