Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi has stressed the need for promoting Mohammad Haris in the batting order.
Expressing his thoughts on Samaa TV programme "Zor Ka Jor" on Friday, Afridi has expressed his views for the Pakistan's forthcoming match against Oman today, saying, "Pakistan need to bat first against Oman."
He talked about the high-octane clash between Pakistan and India, slated to happen at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, saying, "Pakistan should take on the field with the same playing XI against Oman, which they want to play with against India."
It is pertinent to note that Haris was facing shortcomings in terms of scoring runs as the 24-year-old has compiled only 54 runs in 11 innings.
