A local court in Lahore has extended the physical remand of well-known YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, for another four days.
He was presented before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo at the district courts on Thursday.
The government prosecutor informed the court that further investigation is underway and several names have surfaced during the initial five-day remand. He added that complete details will be presented before the court on the next hearing, requesting an extension in remand.
However, Ducky Bhai’s lawyer, Chaudhry Usman Ali, opposed the request. After hearing arguments, the magistrate granted the extension in remand.
The YouTuber faces charges of promoting an online gambling application. He was arrested on August 16 from Lahore airport.
