Angry users threaten boycott
The announcement triggered widespread backlash online. Many subscribers vented frustration, saying the repeated hikes offered no added value.

Netflix responds to criticism
A Netflix spokesperson defended the changes, saying the platform provides a range of plans to suit different needs and occasionally raises prices when new features or content are added.
