A local court on Tuesday extended the physical remand of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, by four days in a case related to promoting gambling content online.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) produced him before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo after the completion of his two-day remand. The agency requested an extension of custody until August 28, stating that further interrogation was necessary.
The government prosecutor argued that more time was required for investigation and urged the court to grant additional physical remand.
Accepting the plea, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo approved a four-day extension of Ducky Bhai’s remand.
