Pakistani security forces killed 47 Indian-sponsored Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists - also known as Fitna-ul-Khawarij - during a successful two-day clearance operation near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Zhob district.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), on August 7 and 8, security forces launched a major operation targeting TTP terrorists operating under Indian sponsorship in the Sambaza area of Zhob district.
The initial phase resulted in the elimination of 33 terrorists aiming to destabilise the region.

Clearance operation continues; 14 more ttp terrorists killed
The operation extended into the night of August 8 and 9 with further clearance activities near the Afghan border. During an exchange of fire, 14 more Fitna-ul-Khawarij terrorists were killed.
Authorities also recovered a large cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives from the slain terrorists.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reaffirmed the determination of security forces to protect Pakistan’s borders and ensure peace and stability. The army spokesperson emphasized the ongoing mission to eradicate terrorism from the country completely.
National leadership applauds security forces
The President, Prime Minister, and Federal Interior Minister paid tribute to the bravery of the security personnel involved.
They reiterated that with national unity and support, the menace of terrorism will be uprooted from Pakistan.
