The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) bigwigs on Tuesday consulted on the distribution of the tickets in various national and provincial constituencies ahead of the general elections.
The meeting was presided over by IPP patron-in-chief Jahangir Khan Tareen and IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan. At the outset of the meeting, tribute was paid to the martyrs of the Pakistan Army. The IPP leadership had condemned the terrorist attack on the Pakistan Army.
The participants of the meeting expressed their condolences to bereaved family members.

The matters pertaining to seat adjustment and public relations campaigns were also discussed.

Jahangir Khan Tareen on Sunday asked the party leaders to speed up the electoral campaign.
The IPP leaders called on Jahangir Tareen. On this occasion, matters in line with the preparations for elections were discussed.
Prominent among those who met Jahangir Tareen were Iftikhar Gilani and Muhammad Shah Khagga.
