In a message marking the anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in Russia, the president added that the 1986 explosion affected millions of people across several countries. He said that the incident highlighted the importance of international cooperation, with the United Nations and relevant institutions playing a central role in the rehabilitation of those affected.
