President Asif Ali Zardari is set to visit China from April 25 to May 1, 2026, where he will hold high-level meetings on bilateral relations and economic cooperation.
The visit comes at the invitation of the Chinese government and highlights ongoing diplomatic engagement between the two countries.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, President Zardari is undertaking the visit at the invitation of the Chinese leadership.
He is scheduled to depart for Beijing today, with the visit continuing until May 1.

Travel to key Chinese provinces
During the trip, the President will visit Changsha in Hunan Province from April 25 to 27.

He will then travel to Sanya in Henan Province from April 28 to May 1, where he will continue his engagements.
President Zardari will hold meetings with Chinese provincial leadership during the visit.
Discussions will center on Pakistan-China bilateral relations, with a special focus on economic and trade cooperation, as well as the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
The Foreign Office said the visit is part of the long-standing tradition of high-level exchanges between Pakistan and China.
This year marks 75 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, adding special significance to the visit.
Strengthening strategic partnership
Officials stated that the visit reflects the commitment to further strengthen the “All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership” between Pakistan and China.
The relationship remains a key pillar of Pakistan’s foreign policy and economic engagement.
