Indian food vlogger Pavitra Kaur has expressed deep disappointment with her experience travelling in Air India’s business class.
Kaur spent nearly four lakh rupees on a flight from New Delhi to San Francisco, but, according to her, the facilities and cleanliness did not meet her expectations. In her new vlog shared on YouTube, she said she would rate the business class experience six out of ten. The first seat had a technical fault, after which she was moved to another seat, but the same problem persisted there.
Expressing dissatisfaction with the issues on the Air India flight, she said that despite paying such a large sum, basic facilities were not provided.
She was also highly critical of the cleanliness, questioning what conditions must prevail in economy class if the business class standards were so poor.
The vlogger claimed that two dead flies were on her seat, and that stale fruit and food were served, with flies visible on the plates. The dessert proved the greatest disappointment, to the extent that she did not even eat it.
According to her, the chocolate mousse was very poor, and the fruit was also stale.
In conclusion, the blogger remarked wryly that “but this is Air India”, noting that she had no other option and therefore chose this flight.
