The price of gold in Pakistan and globally witnessed a massive increase for the second consecutive session on Friday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a hike of Rs2,300 on Friday to reach Rs357,000. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,971, taking it to Rs306,069.

The global gold market also witnessed a big change, with the price of gold per ounce rising by $21 to reach $3,345.
The silver prices in Pakistan also saw a notable hike, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising to Rs3,937, and the price for 10 grams of silver to Rs3,375.
