Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said on Tuesday Pakistan is ready to respond if India resorts to provocation again.
Expressing his thoughts on the Samaa TV programme "Nadeem Malik Live", the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader said, "India is not talking about maintaining peace." He took a swipe at Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the politics staged by Modi poses a threat to sabotage regional stability.

Speaking about the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Chaudhry said, "The PTI is making a mistake by confronting the state. The serious leaders within the PTI want negotiations with the government. The PTI is limiting the political space for itself."
"Right now, the 27th constitutional amendment is not on the cards," he said.
Meanwhile, expressing her thoughts, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Palwasha Khan said, "No country in the world favours any other country without any interest."
