The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad granted bail to Shoaib Shaheen in the 26 Changi vandalism case.
Special Court Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain announced the verdict.
Despite securing bail, Shaheen’s release remains pending due to his physical remand in a separate case registered at the Sangjani police station.
The original case against Shaheen was filed at the Noon police station in connection with the Changi vandalism incident, but his continued custody stems from ongoing investigations in the Sangjani case.
