Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) expressing concerns wrote a letter to Pakistan International Airline (PIA) and sought an immediate explanation on two questions over issue of privatization of national airline.
Pakistan Stock expressed concern in the wake of dip in PIA stocks at Pakistan stock exchange.
The PSX asked PIA about restructuring plans and why did PIA not inform the PSX about the progress towards privatization.
“PIA should immediately deny or confirm the news of acceleration of restructuring,” the letter states.
Pakistan Stock Exchange said the Company Secretary of PIACL should submit an explanation regarding the privatization of PIA.
