Petrol price reductions have been followed by a notable cut in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rates across the country.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has revised LPG prices downward for the month of July.
11.8kg domestic cylinder price drops by Rs794.50 to Rs2,848.91
The price of LPG has been reduced by Rs67.33 per kilogram, bringing it down from Rs308.76 to Rs241.43 per kg. The cost of an 11.8-kilogram domestic cylinder has also been lowered by Rs794.50, setting the new rate at Rs2,848.91.
The revised rates will remain in force throughout July, with household consumers expected to receive relief, particularly in areas where natural gas is not available.
