Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei said on Tuesday that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is still not being granted access to inspect the Islamic Republic's nuclear sites, according to the state news agency IRNA.
Baqaei urges focus on professional responsibilities
Baqaei also criticised the nuclear watchdog for its "shortcomings" and urged Director General Rafael Grossi to "focus on his professional responsibilities instead of what he described as 'campaign-style publicity'", IRNA reported.
'US must honour commitments under memorandum'
Separately, Baqaei said the United States' commitment to ending the war on all fronts, particularly in Lebanon, was important under the first paragraph of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Tehran says Washington must help ensure Israel meets obligations
Speaking at a press briefing, Baqaei said the United States must honour its commitments and, if necessary, compel Israel to fulfil its obligations under the agreement.
