Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has said that legal proceedings should be pursued over American and Israeli war crimes against Iran, and that those responsible for the Minab school incident must be brought to justice.
'Legal action against US, Israel'
In a message issued during Judiciary Week, he said American and Israeli actions should be taken before domestic and international courts. He added that implementing the guidance of the martyred leader remained the key to the judiciary's success, and that a successful judiciary would strengthen public confidence in the system.
Physical & psychological damages inflicted on each individual of the Iranian nation in the 2nd & 3rd Imposed Wars, from child killings & war crimes in Minab & Lamerd to attacks on medical centers, is each a legal file that must be pursued in both domestic & international courts.
