Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdulatif bin Rashid Al Zayani to discuss the evolving security situation in the Middle East following recent regional developments.
The call came after Bahrain announced that it had intercepted a number of missiles and drones launched from Iran.
According to the report, Dar described the situation in the Middle East as "evolving" since the signing of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran on June 18.
