Counsel for MPA Saqib Chadhar, Mian Ali Ashfaq, said on Monday that Saqib Chadhar and his wife had recorded their detailed statements before the NCCIA in the Momina Iqbal harassment case.
Speaking to the media, Ashfaq said the questioning continued for four hours. He said they possessed clear and unequivocal evidence, while several stages of the investigation were still to proceed.
Ashfaq said that dozens of pieces of evidence had been presented which could also undergo forensic examination.
He maintained they themselves were the victims in the matter and personally believed they had succeeded at this stage of the case.
