The second Test between the Pakistan national cricket team and the Bangladesh national cricket team saw another dramatic shift on Day 2.
Pakistan were bowled out for 232 runs in their first innings, allowing Bangladesh to take a crucial 46-run lead.

Pakistan’s first innings collapse
Pakistan resumed Day 2 on 21 without loss but quickly lost momentum as both openers returned early to the pavilion.
Azan Awais scored 13 runs, while Abdullah Fazal managed 9.
Captain Shan Masood contributed 21 runs before getting out, followed by Babar Azam, who top-scored with 68 runs.
Other batters struggled to build partnerships as wickets continued to fall at regular intervals.
Saud Shakeel made 8, Salman Agha scored 21, and Mohammad Rizwan added 13 runs.
Lower-order resistance came from Hasan Ali (18), Sajid Khan (38), and Khurram Shahzad (10), while Mohammad Abbas was dismissed for a duck.
Bangladesh first innings strong foundation
On Day 1, the Bangladesh national cricket team posted 278 runs in their first innings after being bowled out.
Liton Das played a standout innings, scoring a brilliant 126 runs to anchor the Bangladesh total.
Pakistan’s bowlers responded well, with Khurram Shahzad taking 4 wickets, Mohammad Abbas 3, Hasan Ali 2, and Sajid Khan claiming 1 wicket.
Bangladesh had already taken a 1-0 lead in the two-match Test series after winning the first Test by 104 runs.
With a 46-run first-innings advantage in Sylhet, the hosts have strengthened their position in the ongoing contest.
