Australian spinner Tanveer Sangha has spoken of his fondness for Pakistani cuisine, saying he particularly enjoyed the food in Lahore and Islamabad during his visit to the country.
Speaking during a conversation with Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed, Sangha said he received a great deal of affection from cricket supporters in Pakistan and thoroughly enjoyed his stay.
During the discussion, Sangha praised the food he sampled in Lahore and Islamabad, describing it as one of the highlights of his visit.
Abrar Ahmed, meanwhile, spoke highly of Karachi’s cuisine and praised the variety of food available in the city.
The two spinners exchanged views on their experiences in Pakistan, with food and hospitality featuring prominently in the discussion.
It is pertinent to note that Pakistan have clinched series victory by 2-1 against Australia in the ODI series.
