The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has widened its investigation against Anmol alias Pinky, who was arrested in a drugs case, and has placed the names of several individuals on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Sources divulged on Saturday that the names of Anmol alias Pinky, her two former husbands and two brothers have also been added to the PNIL. Investigative sources said the names were included in the PNIL on the recommendation of Karachi authorities in order to monitor the movement and foreign travel of the individuals concerned.
Officials said investigations linked to the narcotics network, financial transactions and facilitators were continuing, while further disclosures and arrests were also expected.
Bank accounts, travel records and contacts of the individuals named in the case are also being examined.
