The weather in Lahore and several districts of Punjab is expected to remain moderate and dry over the next 24 to 48 hours, though an increase in heat intensity is likely after two days.
Speaking to Samaa TV, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) deputy director, Atif Irshad, said the intensity of heat would remain low for the next 24 to 48 hours.
He said a rise in temperature is expected after two days.
Irshad added that the reduction in heat is due to westerly winds, saying there is no chance of rain in Lahore and other districts of Punjab.
