Bangladesh fast bowler Nahid Rana has not sought a No Objection Certificate again for the ongoing 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League, sources said.
According to details, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) had issued him an NOC for the PSL valid until 13 April, sources said. Under workload management considerations, Nahid Rana has not submitted a fresh request for an NOC for the PSL at present.
Sources said that if he seeks an NOC again, the Bangladesh Cricket Board will review the situation and take a decision accordingly.
Due to the New Zealand series, several Bangladeshi players left the PSL and returned home. In Lahore, fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman was issued an NOC in two phases, sources said.
Mustafizur Rahman was granted his first NOC for the PSL until 12 April, sources added. Following the ODI series against New Zealand, Mustafizur Rahman has held an NOC from 24 April.
Nahid Rana represented Peshawar Zalmi, while Mustafizur Rahman played for Lahore Qalandars.
