Rawalpindi fast bowler Naseem Shah has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Islamabad United after sustaining a side strain injury.
According to sources, Naseem Shah underwent an MRI scan a day earlier, after which doctors advised him to rest for several days.
The injury means the paceman will miss the important fixture against Islamabad United.
Team management is assessing the situation, while medical supervision continues for the player’s early recovery.
