Pakistan Test captain Shan Masood has returned to Multan Sultans as vice-captain for the forthcoming 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League, which is to begin on March 26.
According to details that emerged on Tuesday, the franchise announced the development on X, formerly Twitter, stating: “Your vice-captain – Shan Masood. Back where he belongs.”

Masood said he was greatly pleased to rejoin his former side.
Earlier, on March 16, Multan Sultans, in a press release, announced the appointment of Australian international Ashton Turner as captain for the upcoming season of the PSL.
The statement said Turner brings considerable leadership experience and a record of championship success to the side.
