Pakistan’s tour of Bangladesh would now take place in two phases following changes to the original schedule, according to a cricket website.
Earlier, Pakistan was scheduled to tour Bangladesh in March and April, but the itinerary has been revised. Under the updated plan, the bilateral series will be held after the T20 World Cup.
The Pakistan team is expected to travel to Bangladesh for a One Day International (ODI) series following the conclusion of the World Cup. Later, in May, Pakistan will return for a two-match Test series.
The revised schedule marks a shift from the earlier plan, which had the Pakistan team touring Bangladesh in March and April. Further details regarding match dates and venues are expected to be confirmed by the respective cricket boards in due course.
