The Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Ayeen-e-Pakistan (TTAP) has resolved to establish contact with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Sources divulged that the TTAP will extend an invitation to the PPP to attend a two-day national conference. Further consultation on engaging the PPP will take place during a TTAP meeting.
The TTAP national conference will be held in Islamabad on December 20 and 21. The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and other opposition parties will also receive invitations, sources stated.
Moreover, the national conference will consider a path towards a national political dialogue. Serious recommendations on parliamentary and constitutional matters will be prepared at the national conference.
