Pakistan’s leadership expressed its resolve to strengthen regulations concerning digital assets in talks with the Binance delegation.
According to details surfaced, the senior leadership of an international crypto exchange company paid a visit to Pakistan and meeting Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Asim Munir.
Pakistan Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (PVRA) Chairman Bilal Bin Saqib also took part in the meeting. Bilal bin Saqib briefed the delegation on his institution's performance and responsibilities.
The high-level Binance delegation was led by its Global Chief Executive, Richard Teng.
It is pertinent to note that Binance is a major global platform engaged in crypto exchange operations.
