The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) delegation has raised concerns over the non-implementation of the power-sharing formula in Punjab.
According to details surfaced on Thursday, the PPP's leadership met Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and agreed to maintain contact with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Moreover, the PPP delegation informed the government team of its concerns regarding Punjab, the sources said. Concerns were expressed over legislation relating to local government elections in Punjab.
The PPP delegation said it was regrettable that no consultation had taken place despite being allies.
Furthermore, the deputy prime minister assured the delegation he would convey the concerns to the party leadership, sources said.
