The federal government has resolved not to permit any individual or group to spread unrest or chaos in the country and to tighten the noose around the miscreants.
The decision came during a key meeting on Thursday at the Ministry of Interior, convened to assess the current law and order situation. Those present included Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Sardar Yousuf, Attaullah Tarar, and Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry.

The meeting underscored that the security and protection of the public will be ensured under all circumstances.
It was agreed that no one will be allowed to create disorder or instability.

Subsequently, speaking to media following the meeting, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said that in Sharm El-Sheikh, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received thanks for his support, said Atta Tarar.

He said that the Palestinian president did not weep with joy over the ceasefire.
