Gold price in Pakistan and the global market has fallen from its highest-ever levels after climbing for two days.
The rate of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs2,500 on Thursday to reach Rs407,778, while the cost of 10 grams of 24K gold decreased by Rs2,144, settling at Rs349,603.
Similarly, 10 grams of 22K gold was recorded at Rs320,481, after losing Rs1,965.

International gold prices also drop
On the global front, international gold prices decreased by $25, reaching $3,865 per ounce.
Silver rates rise
However, the rate of 24K silver per tola hiked by Rs13 to Rs4,839, whereas 10 grams of silver increased by Rs11, now priced at Rs4,148.
In international markets, silver upped by $0.13, trading at $47.40 per ounce.
