The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted the start of the tenth spell of monsoon rainfall across the country, with intermittent showers expected in various regions from 6 to 10 September.
According to the department, rainfall is likely in different cities of Sindh from 6 to 9 September, with heavy rain expected in some areas during this period.
Rain is also likely in Islamabad and several districts of Punjab from 6 to 8 September. Some parts of Balochistan may receive rain between September 7 and 9.
The department reported that rainfall is expected in different areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa between September 7 and September 9. Urban flooding has remained a risk in some parts of Sindh, while upper areas may face landslides due to rain.
