The federal government has issued an Rs75 commemorative coin to pay tribute to the bravery of the armed forces on the occasion of ‘Jashn-e-Marka-e-Haq.’
According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the coin is composed of 79 percent nickel, brass, and copper, 20 percent zinc, and one percent nickel. It has a diameter of 30 millimeters and weighs 13.5 grams.
The obverse side features a rising crescent and a five-pointed star at the center, with the words “Islamic Republic of Pakistan” inscribed in Urdu along the upper edge. The top rim also bears the Urdu inscription “Pakistan Hamesha Zindabad.”
On the reverse, the coin displays embossed images of two fighter jets, a naval ship, and a multiple rocket launcher system.
The commemorative coin is available at the exchange counters of the State Bank’s field offices starting today.
