The globally renowned INSEAD Executive Education programme ‘Alpha’ has been launched for the first time at the Salim Habib University, Karachi in a historic step towards advancing executive leadership in Pakistan.
According to details, 60 senior leaders from some of Pakistan’s leading organisations are participating in the programme. This initiative marked as significant milestone in the field of executive education in Pakistan. With a world-class faculty and a modern curriculum, it aims to align local leadership with global standards through a structured and impactful approach.
Participants included prominent leaders from the banking, healthcare, textile, education, and industrial sectors.
Hamid Ismail, Director at Ismail Industries and founder of the programme, stated that ‘Alpha’ represents the realisation of a vision set five years ago: to provide world-class education and leadership opportunities to Pakistani talent within the country.
The programme is being delivered by INSEAD’s international faculty, with instructors from France, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
In addition, several esteemed Pakistani institutions, including Aga Khan University, Fauji Fertilizer, Getz Foundation, UBL, National Bank, and others, are actively participating in the programme.
The formal launch is scheduled for 11 July at 3:00 PM at the Salim Habib University, Karachi. Media representatives have also been invited to document and cover this landmark event.
