Additional District and Sessions Judge Waqar Mansoor Bariar sentenced three men to death for the repeated sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Ibrahim Colony, Tatlay Aali.
The convicts, Faqir Hussain, and his sons Waqas Ali and Rahbar Ali, were each fined Rs200,000 following a trial that concluded on Tuesday.
The victim, a resident of Ibrahim Colony, endured horrific abuse at the hands of her grandfather, Faqir Hussain, her father, Waqas Ali, and her uncle, Rahbar Ali. The girl's mother is deceased, leaving her particularly vulnerable. The case came to light after the victim's paternal aunt filed a complaint with the Tatlay Aali Police Station, prompting a swift investigation.
The police registered the case, conducted a thorough investigation, and submitted the challan to the court. The prosecution presented compelling evidence, leading to the guilty verdict against all three accused.
