Gold markets saw renewed volatility as prices fell significantly following a one-day pause. According to gold dealers, the easing of the US-China tariff dispute has triggered a reversal in gold demand.
In the international market, the price of gold dropped by $23 per ounce, settling at $3,235.
In Pakistan, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs. 2,300, bringing it down to Rs. 341,900. In Karachi, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs. 1,972, now standing at Rs. 293,124.
