Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said on Thursday that "when we [Pakistan] do attack, entire world will know.
Speaking on Samaa TV’s programme "Red Line With Talat", Asif stated: “We [Pakistan] have tried to de-escalate the situation. However, our military preparedness remains undiminished. There are claims that Pakistan has attacked Jammu. When we [Pakistan] do strike, the entire world will know.”
He also dismissed Indian media reports of an aircraft being shot down. “No aircraft has been brought down. India is claiming to have captured four pilots from one aircraft. It’s a plane, not a rickshaw, that carries four passengers,” he said.

Asif had issued a clear warning to the enemy, stating that any Indian aggression will be met with a firm response targeting India’s military installations.
Speaking to a British news agency, Asif said that Indian drone incursions have heightened the possibility of a Pakistani military response. While confirming that no military facility in Lahore was damaged during the drone activity, he emphasized that India’s provocative actions have further strained bilateral relations.
