Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard the case on Bushra Bibi's application against an illegal marriage case and restrained the civil judge from recording the statements of the witnesses.
The court has adjourned further hearing of the case till January 25.

Earlier, Islamabad Civil Judge Qudratullah heard the illegal marriage case, during which petitioner's lawyer Rizwan Abbasi and witnesses appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the statements of the case witness and Khawar Manika's domestic servant Muhammad Latif were recorded, after which the statements of the four witnesses of the case were recorded.
